I know that posture is important. I thought I knew what good posture is. It wasn't until I started working from home full time that my back discomfort became problematic. I alleviated the discomfort through a few techniques - I'll discuss the techniques in future posts. However, I wanted to find a way to prevent the back issues from happening. While looking for answers, I came across this video which showed me that my posture was incorrect and likely causing my discomfort.
Following the advice in the video has made a positive difference for me. Whether sitting or walking, my back discomfort has been reduced.
