What does it mean to master your vibration? Your vibration, what does that mean?
Everything has a vibration. The chair you are sitting on. The food you eat. Each organ in your body has it's own vibration. Past traumas have a vibration and may still be in your body.
We are the sum of the vibrations in your bodies. By bodies, I am referring to your emotional, physical and mental bodies.
It is ideal, for self evident reasons, to improve our vibration. But what are the results of that? They are many. I will list a few here that I focus on.
My focus is on Vitality, Peace and Joy. The more vital energy we have, the more we can experience in life. Also, I want the sum of these experiences to leave me in a state of peace and joy. Even the not so great experiences, and they will happen.
By Peace, I am referring to inner peace, "a deliberate state of psychological or spiritual calm despite the potential presence of stressors".
Why Joy? Because what fun is life without joy? We should find joy in the obvious moments like the birth of a baby or a big promotion. We should also find joy in the the barely perceptible small moments and things like a stranger holding the door for you when your hands are full.
So how do we improve our vibration? For starters, by being mindful of which vibrations and frequencies we consume. For example, we should be mindful of the people we spend time with. We pick up their energy. We should be mindful of the media we watch, read and listen to. We should be mindful of the food we eat. These all affect our vibration.
What's the most important frequency we should be mindful of? Our thoughts. Are we looping through old stories in our head about not being good enough? Are we in a continual state of fear? You get the idea. Our thoughts can be very self-defeating.
