Getting Uncomfortable

Thanks for being a Master Your Vibration subscriber.
I love the beach. I go every year at least once. I live in the north east part of the USA so I normally go in the summer. However, I couldn’t wait that long this year so I went a few weeks ago.
I’m a fan of Wim Hof’s practices so I wanted to see if I could go in the water which was about 44F. It was 46F outside.
It took a while to acclimate my feet and calves to the cold water. I eventually fully submerge myself in the ocean. Afterwords, I quickly ran out to dry off an put dry clothing on.
I felt so alive after the plunge. It was a feeling that I’d like to last forever. It didn’t of course.
However, I did make me think about the importance of getting uncomfortable and the rewards that lay beyond the discomfort and pain. I couldn’t help reflecting on ways that I can feel more alive without making a trip to the beach on a cold day.
